Wax Poetic is a basketball card shop and blog operating out of Fountain Square, a southeastern neighborhood of downtown Indianapolis.
We focus almost exclusively on NBA cards, hobby talk, and general NBA discussion, offering the latest wax — even old school wax — in our small but cozy third floor space in the Murphy Arts Center.

The vibe of our small shop will be catered towards guests looking to come in, hang out, open a few packs or boxes, maybe have an adult beverage, and, above all, talk hoops. We will also host regular In-Store Group Case Breaks (with food & drink from La Margarita, our restaurant on the first floor)
Fountain Square is a great, eclectic neighborhood, with most, if not all, our businesses being small, independently owned outfits. And Wax Poetic is just that.
